Order Questions

Please note, due to the nature of my leatherwork, refunds and/or exchanges are not accepted. If for any reason you received the incorrect product, please take a snapshot of your packing slip (or email confirmation!) and email me at flyingspadeco@gmail.com!

Shipping Questions

Products are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail . All items are made to order! Flying Spade Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so please make sure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Tracking information is provided by USPS. Once a package is deemed "delivered", refunds cannot be issued.

Leather Product Questions

Flying Spade prioritizes using old, reclaimed cowboy gear whenever possible; if a product is handcrafted from a reclaimed piece of leather, all notes of history and prior use will be noted in the description of the product. While using old, worn, weathered and leathered gear is top priority, it's not always attainable in resource; Flying Spade works closely with regional leather supplies that solely receive second-run hides from American tanneries; these hides often times have cattle brands, scars, range marks, etc., giving them a full character set from the get-go! Again, if a product is crafted from leather that was not used prior (i.e. hides from regional tanneries!), it will be specified in product description.

Pre-Orders

Please allow 2-3 for all pre-orders to be delivered to Flying Spade from the printing company and to your doorstep; if you are placing an order that contains non-pre-ordered items (i.e. earrings, stickers), all items will be shipped together once pre-ordered items are delivered from the printing shop.
