Order Questions

Please note, due to the nature of my leatherwork, refunds and/or exchanges are not accepted. If for any reason you received the incorrect product, please take a snapshot of your packing slip (or email confirmation!) and email me at flyingspadeco@gmail.com!

Shipping Questions

Products are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail . Please allow 1-3 days after time of purchase for your product to be packaged and sent your way. All items are made to order! Flying Spade Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so please make sure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Tracking information is provided by USPS. Once a package is deemed "delivered", refunds cannot be issued.
