Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients:

DOUGH:
* 1 c warm milk
* 1 packet of Instant Yeast
* 2 eggs
* 1/3 c melted butter
* 1/2 c sugar
* 1 tsp salt
* 4 1/2 c flour
FILLING:
* 1/2 c butter (almost melted)
* 1 c packed brown sugar
* 2 tbsp cinnamon
* 1/2 c heavy cream
FROSTING: *i double this part🤤😂*
* 6 ounces cream cheese (softened)
* 1/3 c butter (softened)
* 2 c powdered sugar
* 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract

Directions:

1.) Pour the warm milk in a bowl and sprinkle the yeast over. Add the eggs, butter and sugar. Mix until combined.
2.) Add in salt and 4 cups (use remaining 1/2 c only if you need it) of flour and mix. Let mixture sit for 5 minutes.
3.) Knead dough for 5 minutes, adding in up to ½ cup more flour if needed to form a dough. The dough should be elastic and smooth.
4.) Grease a large bowl and place dough in it.
5.) Cover the bowl with a towel and let the dough rise (in a warm place) until doubled, about 30 minutes.
6.) While the dough is rising, prepare the cinnamon filling by combining all ingredients EXCEPT for the heavy cream in a small bowl and mixing until incorporated.
7.) Once dough has doubled, roll it out onto a lightly floured surface and roll out to a large rectangle; i eyeball the size, about 12" x 22"; you want it big!
8.) Use a rubber spatula to smooth the cinnamon filling over the dough. Roll the dough up, long-side first.
9.) Cut into 10-12 rolls and place in a greased 9×13 baking pan.
10.) Cover the pan and allow the rolls to rise for 20ish minutes.
11.) Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
12.) Once the rolls have risen, pour the warm heavy cream over the top of the rolls.
13.) Bake at 375 degrees for 20-22 minutes. Check the rolls at 20 minutes, they could take longer, upwards to 25ish minutes, just watch them!☺️ If they are getting too browned, cover with foil.
14.) Make frosting and spread over warm rolls once they're done!
